Recruitment Methodology


Sourcing: We scan our database for suitable candidates otherwise we advertise in local media to procure candidates.
Database: we procure the candidates from the leading job sites in India, which maintain huge database.


ATS (Applicant Tracking System):We have developed the State-Of-The-Art Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to warehouse the relevant database of collections position-wise and place-wise in a server and it facilitates data mining and monitoring the recruitment cycle of each candidate with more perfection.


Screening: We have the best team of recruiters, who will take care of this crucial stage by checking the applicants’ background, document verification and submit the best resumes according to the requirement of the client.


Recruiters: Our team of recruiters works very efficiently and gives the right candidate within the stipulated time mentioned by the client.


Resumes Format: We can give the resume of the candidates in the format prescribed by the client.


Supply: We can furnish the right candidates in the ratio of 1:2 depending upon the positions and availability. We also maintain pre-screened buffer database, which will be used when the requirement increases, and there are time constraints.


Head Hunting: If the requirement of the client is at senior level and above i.e. CEO, COO, etc. We draft the services of our Head Hunting team who are well exposed and experienced in talking to senior professionals source senior level professionals but also some rare skilled personnel especially in information Technology field.

TERMS& CONDITIONS

  • Requirement to be given with details of vacancies namely age, qualification,
  • Experience, salary etc to be offered to the prospective candidate.
  • Our professional service charge is 15/30 days gross salary as per we appointment letter issued to the candidates.
  • Bill to rise after 15 days of appointment and payment to be made within 30 days from the date of joining.
  • In case if candidate leaves the jobs within 60 days from the date of joining replacement would be provided without further placement charges.
  • We can be gratefully if you can utilize our professional service for recruitment personnel against requirement in your organization. Of requirement Details of vacancies may please be sent to us.
  • Utilizing our services we will help you to save expenditure precious time and money on advertisement.
  • Interviews in case you need any further clarification information please do not hesitate to contact us and we shall prompt depute our representative for discussion.
  • Without our consent you shall not divert / forward any resume given, to any other company.
